Upgraded the 15 year old TECOM Challenger to a Protégé WX including Access Controlled Doors and Lift Control for over 1500 users.
This project included rebuilding all the old cabinetry while keeping the security for the building management up and running.
We provide ongoing service and maintenance for the site which we have looked after for 8 years.

AURA APARTMENTS

53 - 59 Cook Street
Auckland CBD

Upgraded the old TECOM Challenger to a Protégé WX including Access Controlled Doors and Lift Control. Installed an additional 16 Access Doors with 32 CCTV cameras connected to the VMS Virtual VMS Cloud.
We provide ongoing service and maintenance for the site including IQP servicing which we have looked after for 10 years.

Alexandra Park Complex

We have recently acquired the contract for the ongoing service and maintenance including IQP servicing for the new Alexandra Park Complex.
This is a multi - building complex with around 100 CCTV cameras and as many Access Controlled Doors.
By using our experience with this type of property we have already been able to change the old processes and simplify the operation for the Building Managers.
